Daniel Bertrand: Head Chef
Daniel says his love for cooking started when he was just 14 years old, after watching Ratatouillie.
His grandmother was a Baker, and his mother is a retired dietician.
Daniel graduated from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2021 with a Diploma of Culinary Arts.
He moved to Australia from Canada in 2016 for the birth of his daughter Bowie. Daniel enjoys the beach when not working as a Chef and plays Ice Hockey with the Central Coast Stingrays.
Daniel has worked the past 6 years on the Central Coast in different venues, but we are happy that he has found his home with us at Green View.
